The ground-floor apartment in the building includes a large living room with a seating area and a dining area. Sleeping arrangements: - Sofa bed: sleeps 2 (160 x 180 cm), equipped with a genuine 18 cm thick EMMA mattress, offering comfort equivalent to that of a real bed. - Armchair/single chair: sleeps 1 (90 x 180 cm), a mattress topper for the single chair is available in the wardrobe for added comfort. A travel cot is also available. Please note that sheets for the travel cot are not provided (you must bring your own). Sheets for the main beds, as well as a duvet and pillows, are available in the wardrobe. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, and standard cooking utensils. A washer-dryer is also available. For families, the accommodation is equipped with a high chair and a changing table located in the bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity unit and a shower with a toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant outdoor space with a terrace and a private courtyard, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet.
