Cocoonr Agency offers you, on the commune of Montchâlons, this charming house of a surface of 250 m² and being able to accomodate to nine travellers. It is composed of a nice living room (with wood stove), equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden. Wifi (fibre optic), cleaning, bed linen and towels included , we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows - a living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (1st flare offered, additional wood at extra cost), dining area and a pool table - a fully equipped kitchen with: an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven, an oven, cooking rings, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine.. - A landing: on the 1st floor with a TV. - Bedroom 1: on the first floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space. - Bedroom 2: on the first floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space. - Bedroom 3: on the second floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and a cot. - Bedroom 4: on the second floor with three single beds. - Bathroom: on the first floor with a bath. - Shower room: on the second floor with a shower and toilet. - Separate toilet Other remarks : - Bed linen is included. - Towels are not included and cannot be provided. Please bring your own. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
