The surrounding nature, the view, the silence...you could never tire of these elements ! In the bedrooms, a soft mixture of oak flooring, wooden bedheads, antique wardrobes and flowery curtains create a mountain chic decoration. Warm up in the homely atmosphere of our bedrooms! A new address, a new adventure : after many years at the helm of their own restaurant on the Alsace Wine Route, Marie-Pierre et Daniel have created a new unique gourmet experience at La Pierre d'Eau. Old and new guests will be equally surprised and spoiled. The heart of the house is the kitchen where Daniel, a passionate chef is waiting to spoil you ! For breakfast, as for dinner, we carefully choose those products that are healthy as well as tasty. Whenever possible we use local and organic products from the neighbouring farms. Selected wines from France are stored in our vaulted wine cellar. Dinner is served in the large dining room with views over the garden and the mountain. The solid wood tables blend perfectly with the collection of old menus, the vintage furniture and the open wood fire to create an elegant and cosy atmosphere.

La Pierre d'Eau is a Vosges farmhouse originally built in 1835 and completely renovated in 2017. Located in Fréland just off the Alsace Wine Route, it is nestled in a haven of nature and peace, in the hearth of the Regional Park of Ballons des Vosges : all the beauty of the mountain, summer and wintert alike.
