The village of Fye is close to local amenities in Alencon and Le Mans, famous for the motor racing circuit. Ideal for 2 families to share or equally just for one couple to enjoy some peace and quiet. There are 4 bedrooms one with king size bed and has en suite shower, bath and toilet. There is a 2nd double room, a triple room with single beds then a bunk bedroom which sleeps adults if necessary. There is a 2nd family bathroom for other guests also with shower, bath and toilet. Large secluded child friendly secure garden for badminton, football and general outside living. We also have a games room for table tennis and darts. Fye is a small peaceful village with all usual amenities and the town of Alencon 10 minutes away has larger hypermarkets and tourist activities. The market town of La Fresney sur Sarthe is within 3 miles and has all typical characteristics you would expect from a rural French town. There are forests and lakes close to Fye which provide ideal opportunity for a relaxing holiday.

Alencon Town Centre Ten minutes drive and famous for "lace making" and its stunning "Notre Dame" cathderal is a pretty market town with lots of good eating places, shops, brocantes and museums. There is an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and a lovely park which has animals and a play area. It also hosts weekly events throughout the summer. Alps Mancelles Only a 10 minute drive and has the most incredible views of the countryside together with some of the most prettiest villages in France. Bangnoles de l'Orne Has a beautiful chateau and casino. Cocco Plage - Sille de Guilliume Cocco Plage (a man made beach) is situated in Sille de Guilliume which is about 25 mins drive and is a very good alternative to a real beach with watersport activities, a bar and restaurant, play area and unlimited free parking, boat hire, pedalos, crazy golf and fishing. There is a train ride available to take you around the lake if you prefer a change from walking and the forest is ideal for walking and cycling. Paris Two and a half hours by car. Only 1 hour away by the fast TGV train from Le Mans Fresnay sur Sarthe A ten minute drive and has a traditional weekly market
