Your hosts Lorena and Enrique who speak French, Spanish and English live nearby and are the proprietors of the Vinotheque wine boutique. This is easy to find in the village and will be your first point of call on arrival in Beynac. Your hosts will introduce you to the house which is 30 m away, and they will be available for any enquiries you may have during your stay.

La Source is now a self catering guest house which offers guests "much more than a room”. Your hosts do not live on site so early birds can book all the rooms and enjoy a full house experience in company with family or friends. Those who book individual rooms will have the opportunity to share all the living areas and kitchen of the main house with other guests. Guests can relax in a grand edge of village house in a very special part of medieval France. The rooms will be fully prepared and there are tea and coffee supplies in the kitchen. Order a supper and or breakfast hamper, or arrive with some bread and cheese or something more exotic. There is a patisserie 30m from La Source for those who want fresh pastries for breakfast. Guests can take a basket from the kitchen and visit the patisserie, a farmers market, boucherie or food store and come home with fresh bread and pastries, a plat de Jour or the makings of a gourmet meal to enjoy in front of the fire place or alfresco on the terrace. All the necessary utensils and condiments, a blow torch for your creme brulee or a shucking tool for your oysters will be available to enhance your French lifestyle experience.

La Source with its magnificent views of the C11th chateau is situated on the edge of the medieval village of Beynac-et-Cazenac, which has been voted one of the best "Plus Beaux Villages de France". Beynac overlooks a sweeping curve of the Dordogne River, and is steeped in history and charm.
