La Source is in the centre of Availles-Limouzine, a lovely town, with two amazing restaurants, a café and a bar. The town centre is historic, with parts dating back 500 years or more, and the Vienne river is stunning. The house is set-back from the street behind a walled garden, for the exclusive use of our guests, with terrace and ample private gated parking. It is only 10 minutes easy drive (9km) from the Circuit Val de Vienne motor racing circuit, at Le Vigeant 86150

We look forward to welcoming you here, and we will be available and friendly as and when you need us. We take pride to provide you with an enjoyable, substantial, quality continental breakfast. If you have special requirements, such as gluten free, vegan or vegetarian, we are very happy to provide a suitable breakfast, just let us know before arrival.

"Circuit Val de Vienne" motor racing track is only 9km. Poitiers or Limoges, either is about 1 hour. Confolens, a larger town, is 15 minutes. L'Isle Jourdain is 15 minutes. We are very close to the Vienne river, a few minutes walk, and to the old town of Availles-Limouzine, 1 minute. Both are lovely. Opposite the house is a café, and to the right and left, a few doors away, are restaurants and a nice friendly stylish bar.
