Wizards, Witches and Muggles welcome to the Tanière ! Our unique accommodation is located in the heart of Saumur's old town. Have you always dreamed of joining Hogwarts? This large studio will take you on a journey into the magical world of Harry Potter. You'll have at your disposal : - A top-of-the-range HOME CINEMA to enjoy the saga or other entertainment - Numerous decorative details (secret room, games, etc.) - Reversible CLIM This duplex is ideal for a two-person stay, and can also accommodate up to 4 family members. The Tanière du sorcier will take you into the magical world of Harry Potter ! Upstairs you'll find the main sleeping area, where you can enjoy a trip under a cloudy sky. If you need it, you'll find a convertible sofa with a real mattress. From here, you'll be able to watch all kinds of entertainment on a giant, high-quality screen. A nespresso coffee machine is available. This place also has a secret room and many other references to the magical world... Will you find them? Check-in is autonomous from 4pm. Before you arrive, you'll receive a unique code giving you access to the accommodation for the duration of your stay. If you come by bike, you can park your bike in the building's corridor. If you come by car, you can park in front of the building for 15 minutes to unload your luggage. The nearest free parking lot is on the banks of the Loire (3 minutes' walk). If you are coming by broom, you can park your broom in the apartment :)
We're a couple with a passion for travel and also for the Harry Potter saga ! So, have we created the idyllic place?
You'll be right in the heart of the town of Saumur, between the château and the banks of the Loire, with plenty of ideas for walks. The property is just a stone's throw from the lively Place Saint-Pierre, where you'll find restaurants, bakeries and all the amenities you need. On Saturday mornings, you can take advantage of the market at the foot of the building. In the historic center, the best way to get around is on foot. For the more sporty, cycling is an easy way to explore the wonders of the Saumur region while enjoying our magnificent natural surroundings. If you want to go further afield, the accommodation is just 2km from the train station, where trains and buses run every day at all hours. Saumur is also very well served by car.
