A stone's throw from the Genoese tower and the small port of Erbalunga, the apartment completely redone in 2021 overlooks the sea and a beach of flat rocks ideal for swimming adults and children that can be monitored from the top of the huge terrace of 100 m2. Lunch in the shade of the Venetian blind, aperitif and dinner under the stars and facing the islands of Elba and Monte Cristo, accompanied by the only sound of the waves, you can also enjoy the life of the village, with all the shops, restaurants and terraces of the pedestrian area 50 meters from the building. Starting point for long walks in the mountains, or underwater fishing parties, it is good to enter an apartment fully equipped with modern and family furniture, shower without jostling in the 2 bathrooms, cook, discuss, and prepare meals in an open volume with a large table for more than 6 people.
I am Corsican, architect, lives and works for 15 years in Chile. My passion for travel never prevent from wanting to return home, and that's why I renovated this apartment to live there from time to time, and offer it the rest of the time. I ‘m always facinated by the simple beauty of the village and the diversity of landscapes and activities that can be found just a stone's throw away...
