Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming cottage for rent in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, one kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 27 m² and can accommodate up to four guests. It consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,009 m². The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more - A bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - A mezzanine area with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bedroom with two single beds Please note : The ceiling height upstairs is 1.50 m. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha grill, iron. Outside: - A beautiful shared enclosed garden of 1,009 m² - A 21 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days Other remarks: - Pets are welcome, subject to a supplement of e3 per day, payable on arrival. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our partner on site).
