Our accommodation is for nature lovers, walk around the land, sit and stare and enjoy being in nature, total relaxation is what we offer here, no need to rush. We have only one separate studio apartment on site surrounded by 5 hectares of mixed pasture and woodland for nature. The room has a king size bed with a private en-suite toilet and wetroom. A kitchenette is hidden behind closed doors. From your terrace with a barbecue there are views to a mature garden, countryside and your private parking. You can enjoy walks around the pathways, through woodlands and around the pond, relax in the hammocks and various seating around the property. Enjoy the bain nordique in the meadow with birdsong early in the morning or with the stars at night. We are a dark sky area. We have a covered open barn area with seating where crafters can be in nature to paint, write that book or enjoy their own hobbies, perhaps wood crafts, feel free to bring your crafts, I supply some art materials for guests to use during their stay. Relax and enjoy your craft in a different place! There is an adjoining room where you can play snooker, table tennis, badminton or relax on yoga mats. There is no charge for your family pets to stay. An optional adult single bed can be added, this is only 15 euros for the duration of your stay, regardless of days. HONESTY INFORMATION: We are not a historical building as mentioned on this site. The closest amenities are in Le Dorat, (6.5km) 6 minutes, a car is necessary. Total steps 2 in property. Alongside a D route. You may have to relax with nature!

Nature is my passion so I like to grow many herbs and allow plants with health benefits to grow, it is nice to allow our guests to fully relax and enjoy the surroundings. I enjoy photography, painting, sketching, propagating and understanding the goodness of nature's foods. My photography and art sketches are on show in the mezzanine area, all comments are welcome. Husband Steve is a fan of making various things if possible from scratch, he often tinkers in his barn, most of what you see is his own work. We both love to go on off-road trips in our Isuzu Trooper and wilderness camping, travelling to many beautiful places in France.

We are in the countryside. There are smaller routes for walkers and bikers. We have a list of fishing sites close by should you bring a fishing rod (licenses apply). We are 6.4km (6 minutes by car) away from our main town of Le Dorat with part of the walled town remaining, where you will find bars, cafes, restaurants, post office, craft shop, charity shop, tea rooms, butchers, cinema, brocantes, supermarket, bank, 1000+ year church and outside tennis courts.
