This pleasant fisherman's house of 55 m2, completely renovated and decorated with care, is located in the heart of the charming village of Yport, close to shops and the sea. Restored in 2021, it is very well equipped and very functional. Please note a narrow spiral staircase connects the two floors to the ground floor; accommodation not recommended for people with reduced mobility! In order to provide you with a restful and rejuvenating stay, we provide you with sheets, bath towels and various tea towels. Yport is 5 minutes from Fécamp and 10 minutes from Etretat. We find there the traces of Maupassant, Eugène Boudin, Simenon, Flaubert and many other authors or artists who fell under the spell of Yport since the end of the 19th century, the date of its birth.
Welcome to this old fisherman's house, refurbished like a new cottage two years ago. If you are musicians or passionate about the environment, I will be happy to share the notes of my jazz guitar, bass or double bass, or to talk about my profession as a forester, exercised until 2013.
All shops within 150 meters: 7 restaurants, bar, grocery store, pharmacy, post office, Casino, 2 souvenir shops. GR20 hiking trail of the Hautes Falaises at 200 meters and 2 other small marked trails. Seaside equipped with 3 quick meals, a kindergarten, 2 pétanque courts, a promenade and a large parking lot All parking is free.
