Our accommodation is located 2 minutes by car from the city centre (approximately 10-15 minutes on foot). Our gîte is set within a park of over 5,000 m² that is fully enclosed. In addition to the accommodation, you will have access to a large terrace where you can have lunch, a barbecue for summer evenings, and a swimming pool over 10 metres long. The accommodation offered is an annex to our home, ensuring your private space. The garden and the pool are shared areas! The pool is accessible from 8 am to 7 pm, although later arrangements can always be made! The proximity between our two homes allows us to be more responsive to any questions you may have on-site regarding the accommodation or activities to do in the area.
This is my husband's and I family home, where we are living for over 20 years now. Every now and then, our children come to visit, making it a warm and lively place. We share our home with 1 playful and affectionate dog and 5 cats, who are very much part of the family. They are well-behaved and used to having guests around!
Our gîte is located in town, close to the city centre of Montélimar. You will easily find shops (bakeries, supermarkets, etc.) in the surrounding area. There are many activities and sights to enjoy both locally and throughout the region. In just under an hour's drive, you can swim or go kayaking in the rivers of the Ardèche. You will also find many villages listed among "the most beautiful villages in France", such as the village of Mirmande, offering a breathtaking view... Montélimar is famous for its Nougat, which you can taste directly during a visit to one of the local factories. You will also find a fighter aircraft museum, delicious restaurants, a carousel for the children's enjoyment, a castle and various other museums...
