La Villa Omagny is perfectly suited to all types of stay for up to 6 people, including 3 children: The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility; You will find everything you need: bed linen, 1 bath sheet + 1 towel per person, secure wifi access, 1 private parking space in front of the house, basic necessities... We always follow a strict health protocol for your safety and well-being; The rooms you occupy will be fully and carefully prepared for your stay; Unprepared rooms and beds must not be used; Pets are not accepted; The house is non-smoking; The use of candles and barbecues is strictly forbidden; A copy of the identity document (identity card or passport) of each occupant over 17 years of age may be requested; A registration form will be sent to you by email, and must be returned completed for each adult occupying the house (1 form per adult, children under 15 years of age may appear on the form of an accompanying adult); For residents in France, proof of holiday civil liability insurance is compulsory; The security deposit will be paid before your arrival, by credit card imprint via a secure VAD system. We remind you that we do not accept deposits in cash or by cheque; You will have access to the house only if you validate the deposit, return, by email, all the documents requested as well as the house rules signed for acceptance; I will give the key only to the person who made the reservation.

You will be able to take advantage of the many footpaths around the house while surrounded by ponds (étangs des Grouettes, étangs du Lochy, étang des Colverts) and large green areas planted with many species of trees, For children there are playgrounds within easy reach of the house. The nearest bus stop to the house is “Coulée Verte” located about 400m away by taking a small path (map attached) is at 5 minutes of the house to go to Marne-la-Vallée Disneyland station (terminus) to reach Paris in less than an hour and of course you can reach Disneyland Paris in 10 minutes and Val d’Europe in 35 minutes! La Villa Omagny is only a few minutes away from the many shops (market, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) and services offered by the town center of Magny-le-Hongre. Everything is close by: the Val d'Europe shopping center with its 140 shops and restaurants and its giant aquarium, as well as "La Vallée Village", where the biggest names of international fashion meet. In terms of leisure activities, it is the dream destination with its two theme parks, Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios, and of course, the highlight, Disney Village. The proximity of two RER stations, a TGV station and quick access to the motorway make La Villa Omagny an ideal and very easy to reach property.
