L’appart’ est de plein-pied, facile d’accès, proche de tout. (Boulangerie, bar, restaurant, grande surface, cinéma….) Au bord du Rhône, de la via Rhôna, du chemin de saint Jacques de compostelle, la vue alentour et magnifique. L’appartement en lui-même est fonctionnel pratique et tout équipé (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, cafetière aspirateur, sèche-cheveux, bouilloire, frigo, micro-ondes four, grille-pain, wi-fi, télévision) Le tout dans une résidence calme avec terrasse, fermée par portillon.
