Outdoor terrace with outdoor lounge and parasol. Central heating. Air conditioner. In the basement (height limited to 1m70, mini lounge). Pizza oven and barbecue.

Neighborhood info

On the hillside of the Auphelle subdivision, less than 200 m from the tourist resort: beach, city sport (basketball, handball...), markets, flea markets, bars restaurants, entertainment..., the house, very comfortable and totally independent opens on either side onto a terrace and a 2,500 m² enclosure. An annex room is equipped for relaxation: billiards and table football. Petanque. 2 stand up paddle and 2 2-seater kayaks available to enjoy the 1000 ha of Lake Vassivière.
