Launie Lea Chambre d’Hotes has two self-contained Studio rooms - *1x Ground Floor Studio room has wider doors and is accessible, with room for a manual wheelchair. It has Double Bed, ensuite shower room and kitchenette with sink, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker to allow you to prepare/re heat your food (no cooking facilities) with Table & Chairs for your comfort. *1x 1st floor Studio room with Double Bed, ensuite shower room and kitchenette with sink, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker to allow you to prepare/re heat your food (no cooking facilities) with Table & Chairs for your comfort. *Both Studios are versatile and ideal for people visiting the area, business people from afar, working locally to Thiviers, or alternatively can be hired by one family/group, hiring both apartments. We ask, however, that guests recognise that others may be in the building and noise levels may travel. *Car parking is available on the premises (behind electronic gates) and directly outside the main entry door to the studios. There is secure storage for guests' bicycles if required. *We are right beside the RN21 & is therefore subject to moderate noise levels throughout the day and night. *Our property is easily accessible to those travelling along this main (North-South) thoroughfare, being roughly 45 minutes south of Limoges and 25 minutes north of Périgueux. *Thiviers (2kms north of us) has a variety of restaurants, cafés, tourist information centre, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets (Super U, Intermarché & Lidl) - Lidl is the nearest at 1.5kms to the north.

This will be the 1st season hosting and we look forward to welcoming guests. We will endeavour to provide everything one might need whilst staying with us here. The beautiful village of St Jean de Cole (5k) and Brantome (15k) are near, both of these areas are of historical interest as well as being picturesque with a choice of cafés and restaurants. Also in the area is Chateau de Jumilhac (24km), Chateau de Hautefort (32km), Plan d'eau de Nantheuil/Lake beach (6.3km) All distances are approximate.
