In a typical streets of Angers-Outre-Maine, our house combines old walls and contemporary comfort. Parking space is available in front of the door (you'll be able to park bikes or motorcycles in the indoor garage). The garden is a quiet area with slate walls typical from the region. Tables, parasols, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, are available for you to enjoy a meal or a coffee in the sun. You will have a full access to the top floor (45 sqm) independent from the rest of the house (but not suitable for disabled people) wich is composed of a large bathroom, a baby kit, a master bedroom with new bedding 160 (TV -Broadband wifi) and two rooms with new bedding of 90. Alone, couples or family you will be our only hosts. The terrace communicates with the main yellow floor with a large lounge (50sqm) overlooking the garden and an integrated kitchen that will welcome you for convivial breakfasts, coffee breaks ( tea and tisanes are put on display for your pleasure). A large workshop on the ground floor (red floor 40sqm) is equipped with music books and games for every age group. You will have access to a own private fridge, a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board and iron
We like to travel , (bike- golf) and receive hosts. We put at your disposal an important documentation and will accompany you with pleasure in the emblematic places (and most secret ones) of our beautiful city. If you enjoy authentic holidays with available and hospitable hosts, would like to discover all the good places to go out, have dinner or ar just coming to visit Angers for a show or a congress, we will be happy to welcome you in our home.
In one of the most typical paved streets, you will appreciate the half-timbered houses of the sixteenth century, you will also be able to visit the Jean Lurçat Tapestry museum, the "Quai" theater, or enjoy a meal on a houseboat restaurant or again, indulge yourself in one of the many small bistrots by the Maine river. Cross over the oldest bridge of the city and browse the pedestrian streets, visit the King's Castle, the famous tapestries of the Apocalypse. "Le parc du végétal "is a must to do with children. During your stay you will have to taste our local specialities such as : les "Quernons d'Ardoise", the prune pâtés or the "Pommes tapées" in the stalls. Within a radius of 30 kms, many castles are awaiting your visit, but also the rise of the Loire and it's sunsets, Trglodyte villages, beautiful golf courses (Avrillé, St Jean des mauvrets), the wine route ( Champigny, Savennières), Fontevault Abbey or Saumur Castle....
