On the ground floor: the kitchen area opens onto the dining area with a wood-burning stove, the large living room also has a wood-burning stove and a lounge area, and there is a toilet. From the living room, the staircase leads to a landing with 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm, 5 single beds 90 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, double vanity, and shower, and a separate toilet. Board games are provided. Baby equipment is available upon request (travel cot, high chair, playpen, bath ring, and changing mat). Raclette, fondue, and crêpe-grill services are available upon request. To ensure an environmentally responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.

Neighborhood info

On a 70 ha forest property with a beautiful view of the Blond mountains, 2 18th century houses renovated with the Fondation du Patrimoine have been converted into independent character gîtes. "Le borland", decorated and furnished with taste and refinement, opens at the back onto an independent terrace and land. The owners live on site and have a small breeding of griffon dogs, without nuisance. Walks on the property and hiking trail nearby. The lake of Saint Pardoux 15 km away offers swimming, aqualudic swimming pool with wellness area, sailing, water skiing, hiking, 2nd category fishing (330 ha). The gîte and its environment are not suitable for groups wishing to meet to party and make noise. No camper vans on the site.
