The apartment is a three-room apartment located on the second floor of a luxury residence with lift and private parking. It includes a toilet, a bathroom with a washer dryer. The living room opens onto a beautiful covered terrace with a table and 4 comfortable chairs. The sight is striking. An equipped kitchen is at your disposal with the necessary utensils. The first bedroom is equipped with a king size bed of 180 over 200 and a very large wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140 over 190 with a large wardrobe. The whole apartment is very bright. The shutters are automated. It is equipped with an armored door. We wish you a pleasant stay in the residence.
Bonjour, nous sommes ravis de vous proposer cet appartement qui vous permettra de passer un séjour agréable, au calme tout en étant à proximité du centre-ville. Un parking privatif gratuit est compris dans la prestation. Nous avons aménagé cet appartement comme si nous devions y vivre en apportant un soin particulier à la qualité des matériaux et prestations. Nous sommes à votre disposition pour toute question, pour vous accueillir et vous conseiller lors de votre séjour si vous en avez besoin.
L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Une piscine municipale (sauna-hammam-fitness-bassin de 25m et jacuzzi), un magasin BIO et un Carrefour CONTACT sont situés à 200m de l'appartement. Vous pourez accéder au centre-ville à pied par un joli chemin bordé d'arbres qui longe la rivière. Nous vous mettrons à disposition un livre d'accueil vous indiquant les restaurants et activités possibles à KAYSERSBERG et environs. Les montagnes sont à proximité pour les amoureux des balades et randonnées. Il y a de nombreuses activités autour de la nature pour les enfants et les parents.
