The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Cornimont, this charming apartment of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accommodate to 8 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a functional pellet stove - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 : a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4 : a double bed (140x190) + a bunk bed and a TV - A shower room with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A 150 m² garden, not enclosed, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the nice days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - The stove is functional, pellet is not provided. - Animals accepted on request, for a supplement of 15e/stay (only one animal accepted), thank you to specify it at the time of the reservation. - Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Price : 60e for beds, regardless of number. 2e per towel. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. The flat is ideally located in Cornimont, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... In winter you can enjoy the ski resorts (la Bresse - Brabant 6mn, la Bresse - Hohneck 15 mn, Gérardmer 25mn) And the rest of the year, many activities (leisure centre at the lake of Saulxures sur Moselotte 5mn, lac des corbeaux 15mn, Bold'Air 10mn...) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or in the courtyard of the accommodation (2 vehicles).
