Originally built in 1952 to accommodate EDF engineers during the construction of the Tignes dam, the chalet has been carefully restored and redesigned in 2017 to offer a unique blend of authenticity and contemporary comfort. Particular attention has been given to preserving the original character of the property, with the use of noble materials such as wood and stone, while integrating high-end amenities and modern equipment throughout. Construit en 1952 pour accueillir les ingénieurs EDF lors de la construction du barrage de Tignes, Le Chalet des Boisses a été entièrement repensé et rénové afin d’offrir un subtil équilibre entre authenticité et confort contemporain. Une attention particulière a été portée à la préservation de son caractère d’origine, avec l’utilisation de matériaux nobles tels que le bois et la pierre, tout en intégrant des équipements modernes et des prestations haut de gamme.
