Genassiens for over 25 years, we love our city, feel good here, and want to welcome you to this pleasant, relaxing setting. The Lofts story began in 2016 with duplexes l’Atelier and la Villa, created in a nearly century-old abandoned house. Passionate about travel and old stones, we drew inspiration from colors, world neighborhood atmospheres, photos from various places, sharing, and encounters to revive this old building. Then, in 2024, 5 new apartments appeared in a farm that once housed a horse breeding, inviting you to discover beautiful French regions: a Bastide in the Luberon, a Chalet in the Alpine mountains, a Mas in Provence hills, a Paillote by the Atlantic, and a typical Loft in Lyon’s Croix Rousse neighborhood.
