Our accommodation, with 2 main rooms, is managed by a family team. It is made up of a beautiful bedroom (sheets provided) and a living room with lounge area (sofa bed), living room table, flat screen TV, optical fiber. The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, refrigerator, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery) and the shower room (towels provided) has a dryer. hair, ironing board and iron. Due to numerous problems, pets are no longer allowed.
We are a family team, no concierge service here. What matters to us above all is that you have an unforgettable stay. And to extend your stay in an exceptional environment in Rouen, you can also request a stay in our establishment Sous Les Etoiles - Rouen (the reservation is available on booking). You are still in your home in Rouen on the 18th floor.
The accommodation is located in a dead end street in a residential area. You will be quiet and will have a large garden of more than 500 m² (when the lawn has grown)
