Electric heating. Terrace and covered terrace. Laundry room with storage space for bicycles or other items. Neighborhood info

Very close to Limoges (10 mins by car) the gite adjoining the owners' house has a completely independent entrance and terrace not overlooked. A large piece of land at the back of the house is extended by 4 ha of woods. A beautiful walk allows you to reach the river or go hiking on marked trails.
