Located in the heart of the city, at the foot of the Château d'Angers, this 3-star ground floor apartment in a small residence offers a breathtaking view of the Château and the small Port with their typical boats, with a quiet room overlooking a small interior common courtyard. It will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. It is fully equipped: kitchen, premium connected TV, internet, washing machine. Sheets, towels are provided. All you have to do is enjoy the Angevine sweetness! Housing Modern apartment in an old building, in the heart of the city center at the foot of the Castle !! Accessible on foot, by tram, bus or car. Carpool parking and SNCF train station 5 min walk. Bus lines at the foot of the building. All the shops are nearby. I can respond quickly to your questions by phone or email. Autonomous arrival with smart connected lock. Important !! As the apartment is brand new, I only rent to people who have sent their personal information to Airbnb, such as photo and ID. "The Quartier du Château et des berges de Maine" is considered the most pleasant district of Angers. The accommodation is located at the foot of the Castle, the Tourist Office, the Quai Theater, the banks with catering and river navigation. You also benefit from the railroad station SNCF and bus station at 5/10 minutes on foot and the main bus lines at the foot of the Residence.
