The property comprises two fully renovated stone houses, which can accommodate up to 10 people in total in two separate houses for six and four people. Each accommodation has its own entrance, terrace and private garden, for stays that are both convivial and intimate. Guests enjoy a large flower-filled park with direct access to the river (swimming, fishing, canoeing/kayaking), a large shaded terrace with no neighbours opposite, and a secure children's area (tree house, climbing frame, climbing wall, trampoline). Linen is provided and every stay begins in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Le Clos de l'Armançon is ideally located a stone's throw from the centre of Tonnerre, a small, friendly Burgundy town that is very popular with families for its tranquillity, ease of access and wide range of amenities. You will find everything you need locally: shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a hospital, an SNCF train station (direct connection to Paris), and a friendly weekly market. Visitors particularly enjoy the Fosse Dionne, a mysterious and spectacular natural spring nestled in the heart of the old town.
