Located in a small village in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, in the countryside, the gîte "Le cocoon des Hautes-Côtes" located on the ground floor of the gîte "le panorama des Hautes-Côtes" promises you a calm and peaceful stay. . Single storey gîte, comprising: 1 small fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room, with large bay window, flat screen TV and very good quality convertible sofa (140 cm). 1 bedroom with bay window, with 1 140 cm bed. 1 bathroom, separate WC. 1 travel cot on request. Garden furniture, barbecue. Common laundry room with washing machine in the basement. WIFI being installed (as of 06.01.2023) This gite can be rented in addition to gite 21G2246 for a total of 8 people. Nearby: mountain bike trails and cycle route at Pernand-Vergelesses. Possibility of wine tastings at nearby winegrowers. All shops in Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges, renowned for their wines, as are the many villages along the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne. The Hospices de Beaune, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and City of Gastronomy, rich in cultural heritage and museums (archaeological, fine arts...).
