Located on the 1st floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: – A 45 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200). – A bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside: – A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
