Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette and a shower room. Sheets and towels are extra. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, traditional coffee maker, Tassimo coffee machine, etc. - A sleeping area with a single bed - A bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - A 6 m² balcony to make the most of fine weather Other remarks : - Pets accepted, for a supplement of 15e/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
