Welcome to our comfortable 63 m² duplex apartment featuring 3 bedrooms, a lovely terrace, and a parking space. Built in 2010, this apartment was designed to provide optimal thermal comfort and ensure a pleasant stay. Located just a short walk from the center of Valloire, you'll have easy access to shops, cable cars, and town activities, all while enjoying the tranquility of a peaceful setting. Tucked away from the town's hustle and bustle, this location promises a serene environment, shielded from traffic and noise. In addition to the 150 km of slopes at Valloire-Galibier, the 600 km of slopes at Les 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world, are just 35 minutes away by car! The apartment boasts a spacious living room, a functional dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen on the main level. Additionally, an entrance and separate toilets add convenience to your stay. Downstairs, you'll find two comfortable double bedrooms and a cabin area with bunk beds. This level also features a bathroom and a separate toilet. While we don't provide bed linens or towels, renting these essential items on-site is easy. During both winter and summer, we also offer a cleaning option to ensure a smooth departure.
