We moved to France 20 years ago after selling our business in the UK. We have a small holding which has sheep, 2 very friendly dogs, 2 cats, and an Irish Cob horse called Manolo. The well stocked vegetable plots and fruit trees usually produce an abundance of food and we are happy to give this to our guests to enjoy. We love this area and 4 years ago we were able to purchase Le Cottage next door. Are aim was to have guests to come and sample the quiet way of living in the county surrounded by farm land and open views, to experience the French way of live and the local people, and return back home well rested with fond memories of their stay with us.

Nere, our closest village has a lovely play area with a zip line, climbing features, fishing lake, tennis court, and more. Also there is a small shop, a bar, and a chemist and of course a church. Aulnay has the super market and a market on Sunday and Thursday which is packed with local produce, and the cafe's dotted round the square it makes a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by.
