Property managed by Accueil Enchanté Concierge Services in Indre (36) Charming single-storey countryside wooden chalet set in a beautifully landscaped, tree-filled property, ideally located at the crossroads of Lac d’Éguzon (Village Étape), Crozant, Gargilesse and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault. Air-conditioned, the chalet consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 separate bedroom, a small office/storage area, and a shower room with toilet. Covered terrace BBQ, plancha and fire pit Shared swimming pool, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments together A true opportunity to disconnect and unwind, surrounded by nature in a simple and peaceful setting. Pets welcome (the property is not fenced). Swimming pool: open depending on weather conditions, approximately from mid-May to mid-September. The pool is not heated and measures 4 m x 8 m. Coffee machine: filter coffee maker. Bed linen and towels included. Please bring your own beach/pool towels during the summer season.
