Here you are in the countryside, the careté very pleasant district of Soustons, is located between forest and fields. Le Gemmeur gite is the first gite we have created. In the restaurant, we wanted to give it back its cachet of a beautiful Landes house. We are waiting for you on our old farm, for a stay during which we will be happy to guide you in your discovery of the Landes. Of course, once at home, it would be a shame not to enjoy the ocean... Independent gîte, kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 child's bed), washing machine, dishwasher, laptop, freezer, microwave, screen TV flat, wood stove, private enclosed grounds, covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, courtyard, electric heating, swing, bowling alley. 1st cubic meter of firewood free in low season. Gîte on former farm. The nearest neighbor at 30m. The price does not included: - housework - sheets (rental possible) - shower linen (rental possible) - house linen (rental possible) - heating consumption (seven euro/day)
