2 Bedroom Gîte just outside Brecé, with peace and secluded privacy. Le Gîte de Roseraie is fully self-contained and detached from the main property. It's very well equipped, comprising of a kitchen diner, lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Le Gîte de Roseraie is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

The owners Janet and Ronald Owttrim (English) live on site and will help to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Le Gîte de Roseraie is nestled just outside of Brece on the D5. The Pays de la Loire region was only created in the late 20th century to serve as a "zone of influence" for it's capital Nantes. It's made up of five very different departments and covers over 32,000km's2. It is a prosperous region with a growing population that now numbers over 3.5 million.
