Welcome to the Grand Carré, an 85-sqm apartment with 3 real bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located a stone's throw from the Château de Versailles. Restaurants and shops are closeby, within walking distance. Paris, the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame are 25 minutes away by train, and the Versailles Rive Gauche station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated in 2024, the apartment combines modernity and the timeless charm of the old. Welcome home! :-) The Grand Carré has a large, bright and friendly living room (two large windows). 3 bedrooms in total plus one sofa bed in the living room for two people. 2 bathrooms, each with a WC. Modern and equipped kitchen with a large window. Details of the beds: A bedroom with a double-size bed, a (very small) bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room (double bed).
We are respectively Canadian and French. We are dog lovers, salsa dancers... and travelers!
A 5-minute walk away from the Château de Versailles. Versailles Rive Gauche train station for Paris 5-minute walk away. Quiet neighborhood with all the restaurants and small shops nearby. The Saint-Louis market twice a week for fresh products. Secured underground parking 150m away. Close to nature, near the Versailles gardens and the forest.
