We've been living in Nantes for over 6 years and have settled in the Chantenay neighborhood, with our 4 children, which we particularly love for its village-like atmosphere—less than 10 minutes from the heart of the city. We took over this suite in order to welcome guests in a way that is completely independent from our home—you’ll feel like you're at a hotel, but with more space, high-quality amenities, and a touch of soul! An ideal location: 10 minutes from the city center by car or bus (Bus C1 is 300 meters away). Within 400 meters on foot: a mini-market, tobacco shop, newsstand, brasserie, cheesemonger, bakery, and restaurants. Enjoy the nearby brasserie "Chez ta mère" at the end of the street—for dinner, a drink, or just a coffee. You can also have meals delivered via UBER EATS or DELIVEROO. For delivery, use the address: Impasse de l’Abbaye, off 34 rue de l’Abbaye. ● If you're coming by car: Take Exit 30 from the ring road. You can park on rue de l’Abbaye or in the cul-de-sac—parking is free. ● If you're coming by train: Exit at the south station (Gare Sud), take bus C2 toward LE CARDO, get off at PLACE DU CIRQUE. Stay at the same stop and transfer to bus C1 toward GARE DE CHANTENAY, then get off at JEAN MACÉ. Walk down rue de l’Abbaye—after 400 meters, you’ve arrived. (23 minutes by bus and a 4-minute walk) ● If you’re heading to the city center from the suite: it’s just 13 minutes by bus. Exit the cul-de-sac, turn left onto rue de l’Abbaye.
