In the heart of the famous medieval city of Yvoire overlooking Lake Geneva and close to Geneva, you will appreciate this superb duplex loft of 160 m2 designed by architect. Its quality services combining authenticity of the typical stones of the region with the contemporary charm of waxed concrete guarantee you to stay in an exceptional property. The first floor consists of a kitchen 'American' fully equipped with a TV, a large living room with a flat screen and fireplace, a sofa bed for an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet and a dressing room. Under the roof, the large bedroom has a large bed (160 cm), an open bathroom and separate WC. * Note, access to the floor is via an unsafe sculptural staircase. Book "Loft Rovorée" to be guaranteed an exceptional stay.
