Our house is a converted and renovated former farm in the middle of the countryside but only at 5 min from Baugé where you will be able to find all local commodities. The pool and gardens are ideal for you to relax and enjoy the bordering countryside views - we are very conveniently situated by road: only 5 min from the soughtafter/popular golf course of Baugé, 20 min from the famous Zoo of La Flèche, 30 min from the historic and pretty town of Saumur with its troglodytes, Cadre Noir, vineyards and the Loire river, 40 min from the bustling town of Angers with its many shops, restaurants and Castle of le roi René... 60 mn from the historical city of Tours with its international airport and 60 mn from the famous 24 h racing circuit of Le Mans.
