Located at 25 rue de l'Église, the property enjoys a privileged location at the heart of a one-way street reserved for residents. Bordered by a small stream and meadows, the street leads to the communal wash house, opposite the main entrance to the château. Here, peace and quiet are guaranteed. We offer a private family room, ideal for a group or a family. It consists of two separate areas with private bathrooms: – The "garden and pool view" room has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (100 cm). The "countryside view" room includes a 160cm double bed (which can be separated into two 80cm single beds), two 80cm single beds, and a daybed suitable for a child. A cot is available upon request. Pets are welcome (maximum two). The enclosed grounds ensure their safety and your peace of mind. During your stay, you can also rent one of our iconic 2CVs to explore the Burgundy countryside and discover the region in a unique way. You will have access, upon prior arrangement, to the indoor swimming pool (unheated), open from May 1st to October 1st, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. A 2,500 m² garden with mature trees and a private terrace are at your disposal to fully enjoy sunny days. Bed linen, towels, cleaning, heating, and electricity are included. In 2022, we obtained the "Chambres d'hôtes Référence" (Reference Bed and Breakfast) qualification, guaranteeing the comfort criteria defined by the French Tourist Offices. Since 2023, we have also been signatories of the Accommodation Charter for Sustainable and Responsible Tourism in Puisaye-Forterre.
