Surface 70 m²: ground floor: kitchen, living room with lounge, wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds that can be twinned into king size 180), shower room with wc. gas heating. Enclosed land.

Neighborhood info

10 minutes from the city center of Limoges in the heart of the town of Couzeix, Claire and Christophe have renovated this small family home to which they are very attached. Claire, who likes to go to a gîte, has furnished and decorated it like what she likes to discover on vacation. The house is adjoining that of Christophe but each has its independence. It has a pleasant flowered garden area with a terrace.
