Le Manoir est situé aux portes de la suisse Normande Ce qui signifie qu'il se trouve en pleine campagne Normande à 15 km de Falaise et à 20 km d'Argentan Pour indiquer aux hôtes visitant la région que ce genre de propriétés avec 3 ha de parc ne se trouvent qu'à la campagne et pas en plein centre-ville !!!!! ( certain hôtes trouvent cela gênant car il faut prendre la voiture ) Dans ce cas il faut réserver en ville et pas à la campagne
