Moulin des Rathes comprises two beautiful cottages on the same property, accommodating up to 10 people in an exceptional setting on a 6-hectare estate bordered by a river. If you're seeking peace and nature, you'll be delighted by a stay in these single-story accommodations. The "Mariotte" cottage, sleeping 6, features a 31 m² living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and lounge (flat-screen TV). The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each for 3 people with a double bed and a single bed, each with a private shower room. There are two toilets, one of which is separate. The "Pralat" cottage, which can accommodate 4 people, is laid out as follows: a 32 m² living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen (flat-screen TV), and a small bar area. A hallway leads to a separate toilet and two bedrooms (one for 2 people with a 180x200cm bed or two 90x200cm beds, the other with two 80x200cm beds or one 160x200cm bed), each with its own private shower room and toilet. Large private terraces with garden furniture complete the accommodation. To top it all off, you will have access to a 6.5x12m heated swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September) secured by a fence, shared with the occupants of another small cottage for 4 people. Sleeps 2 people. Shared private laundry room for both cottages. Pets allowed upon prior request. All-inclusive cottages (beds made upon arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included).
