We offer three comfortable cottages with secure private parking, landscaped gardens, and a magnificent seawater swimming pool with panoramic views of the city and valley. Housed in a former silkworm farm dating back to 1870, fully renovated in 2022, our property combines the charm of stone with modern comforts. The thick walls ensure natural coolness in summer and excellent insulation in winter thanks to central heating. The accommodations include: • Two cottages of approximately 40 m², ideal for 4 people • A 20 m² studio for 2 people, located on the ground floor with a private patio Each unit has its own private garden, equipped with garden furniture, a table, and a griddle for enjoying time outdoors. A shared laundry room is also available with washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
