Second floor (air-conditioned): 1 attic bedroom of 45 m² (6 single beds). Electric heating via heat pump. Laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Public Access Establishment (ERP) regulations do not allow exceeding the maximum occupancy (including children and babies). To ensure a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.

In a small hamlet, the cottage opens onto a courtyard with a shaded terrace and a very large meadow (pétanque court, portico, small fountain). At the gable of the house an enclosed terrace equipped with a private and heated swimming pool (9 x 4.5m). It is open from May to September depending on weather conditions, shower and toilet accessible from the terrace. 2 trails, one of 11 km and the other of 40 km allow hiking in the commune of Arnac La Poste, one of them passes through the hamlet and allows a very beautiful discovery walk of the Haut Limousin.
