Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with three single beds (90 cm), the other with one double bed (140 cm). Bathroom: shower and bathtub. Separate toilet. Electric heating. Enclosed garage. In a small hamlet overlooking a valley of meadows, not far from the national road 145, the cottage has been converted into an independent house which opens onto a lawned garden. Between the Brame Valley and the Gartempe Valley, this countryside is rich in small picturesque villages and hiking trails. Aqualudic swimming pool and games at Lake Mondon 20 km away. Lake Saint Pardoux: swimming pool, beaches, acrobatic park, sailing, water skiing and wakepark 30 minutes by car.
