Bed&Breakfast in the former watermill of the Cohem Castle, near Cohem lake and Balastières lakes. Located in a 2 hectares large property in between Saint-Omer & Aire-sur-la-Lys, in between Lille & Le Touquet-Paris Plage famous beach resort, in between Calais & Arras, just 45 mins by road from the tunnel port. A peaceful and out in the wilds property with 2 rivers, on the border between the "Nord" department and the "Pas-de-Calais" department. - private & covered car-park. - breakfast is served in the dining-room or on the terrace (weather permitting). - Barbecue available (extra charge).

Sightseing : - Aire-sur-la-Lys ( 10 minutes) , old town and its collégiale Saint-Pierre. - Saint-Omer ( 20 minutes) , old town and its Notre-Dame cathedral . - Saint-Omer's swamp with 800 kilometers long waterways. Small boats rental & guided tours. - La Coupole (20 minutes), 2nd world war museum located in a former german bunker built to launch V2 weapons to attack England. - Eperlecques german bunker from which V1 & V2 weapons attack on England started. Military cemeteries. - Lille (1 hour ) , capital city of the "Hauts de France" region. - Calais and the Opale coast ( 1 hour ). - Lens and the "Louvre-Lens" art museum. ( 40 minutes).
