Central heating. The half-timbered house: large living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, WC, spacious mezzanine (1 double bed 160 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm, in addition to the total capacity of the property), as well as a relaxation area and shower room. Pellet stove and central heating. One dog accepted (except category 1 and 2 breeds). Arrival and departure times may be flexible in the mid and low seasons. To ensure a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay. No exceeding the maximum occupancy is permitted.

It is a charming wooden bridge that gives access to the site of an old mill. Totally private, green and quiet bordered by a small stream that flows at the bottom of the land, it is composed of a stone house that opens onto a landscaped and flowery lawn, a small half-timbered house extended by a large wooden terrace and a barn with games room (ping-pong). Relaxation and reception room with billiards, bar, home cinema (optional from the owner (240 / week, 140 / weekend). Private and heated swimming pool (8X4) open around May 20 until September 6 (depending on the weather), SPA on a covered and protected terrace (not accessible January and February to limit energy costs). The relaxation and reception room is not rented to outsiders: the site belongs only to you for the duration of your rental. Shops Nexon 3 Km.
