Cocoonr agency offers this 100 m² air-conditioned flat in Grospierres, less than 5 minutes from the Chassezac beach, with swimming pool, which sleeps up to 10 people. The accommodation comprises - A 60 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed queen-size (160x200) - Bedroom 2 (sleeps 8): two single beds (90x190) and two bunk beds (double bed below and single bed above) - A shower room with two showers and two WCs Outside area : - A saltwater swimming pool (5x11m), heated, shared and secured by a barrier. It is open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September. - A private terrace of 10 m², with furniture - A shared garden of around 1,000 m² with barbecue and garden furniture Rules for living and sharing common areas : - Pets accepted, for a supplement of e15/stay (one pet only, cat or dog). Please specify when booking. - In order to preserve the quality of the outside areas for everyone, we would be grateful if you would systematically pick up after your pet during your stay. - For the comfort and respect of all guests, pets are not permitted in the shared swimming pool area. - To ensure everyone's safety, especially that of children, the access gate to the shared pool area must be kept closed after each use. - A barbecue is available in the communal areas. Please clean it carefully after each use so that everyone can enjoy it in the best possible conditions. - As the outside areas are shared, please ensure that everyone is comfortable and quiet. Music is welcome at a reasonable volume, but is not permitted near the shared swimming pool. - All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.

Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
