The flat "La Petite Terrasse sur les toits" of 35 m2 and classified 3*, can accommodate up to 4 people. Situated in a typical Alsatian half-timbered house, it is quiet yet in the centre of Colmar, on the very famous Alsace Wine Route. It is close to all shops and restaurants. This flat with mezzanine will enchant you with its warm and comfortable atmosphere. You will enjoy a small private rooftop terrace overlooking the cathedral. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery). This kitchen opens onto a living room with a sofa bed and a TV, a mezzanine with a double bed (access by a miller's ladder), as well as a bathroom with an Italian shower, washbasin and WC. You will find the following services at your disposal: end-of-stay cleaning, beds made up, bathroom, household and table linen, cleaning and reception products, wifi, courtesy tray, hair dryer, drying washcloth, umbrella bed and high chair for baby (on request when booking).
