Cocoonr invites you to discover Le Petit Amerval, a charming studio apartment situated on Rue d’Amerval, right in the heart of Nancy. This 20m² air-conditioned retreat, designed with meticulous attention to detail, can accommodate up to two guests for a comfortable, cosy and practical stay, whether for a holiday or a business trip. Behind its intimate size lies a functional and elegant space, where every area has been optimised to offer maximum comfort. Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living area with a clever sleeping area: the bed slides away to free up space during the day, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a bed that slides under the bathroom to transform into a sofa, dining table and TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bathroom with a shower and toilet Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the apartment - Apartment Le Grand Amerval (sleeps 4) is available on request. You’ll find shops, restaurants and boutiques right on your doorstep, whilst being just a stone’s throw from the famous Place Stanislas!
